Have you ever wanted to see what the military is all about? Well...our JAG students participated in 'Marine for a Day' in Lincoln. Jacob Davis, Kameon Dettmann and Kiylee Cooper completed several physical fitness challenges and an obstacle course. Kameon completed the course first out of 80 students! The US Marine recruiters talked about various jobs available and they tried MREs.

Due to a significant number of player injuries and a resulting shortage of available athletes, Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Public Schools has informed Johnson County Central Schools and the Nebraska School Activities Association of the decision to forfeit the scheduled football game on October 16, 2025.
This decision was not made lightly. After careful consideration, the athletic department, football coaching staff, and school administration determined that forfeiting the game was in the best interest of our players’ health, safety, and overall well-being.
We appreciate the understanding and support of our students, parents, fans, and community as we prioritize the safety and long-term welfare of our student-athletes.
