The Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program is highlighting watermelon in September. Watermelon is a sweet and delicious snack on a hot day. It is healthy snack because it is high in vitamin C, and a good source of vitamin A. There are more than 50 varieties of watermelon grown in the United States, and many are grown in Nebraska in the summer. Teachers will provide nutrition education activities in the classroom to
increase students’ knowledge of the health benefits of eating fruits and vegetables.

Starting this fall, home seating at the HTRS Gymnasium will be on the west side of the gym!
This change will provide more seating for our home fans, allow everyone to sit together, and put our fans closer to the action. We believe this will create an even more exciting and fan-friendly atmosphere for our volleyball and basketball games.
We look forward to seeing our Titan fans filling the west side this season!
