Enrollment forms are very important for the safety and communication between school and home. If your child becomes ill or has an accident at school, we need accurate phone numbers so that we can contact you. HTRS schools has a call system that used to inform parents of activity changes or school closings. If we don't have an accurate phone number in the system, you will not get these important calls. An email address is important for communication between your child's teacher and you. It is needed for a PowerSchool account so that you can be up to date on your child's progress and meal transactions.
Enrollment forms are available here for download or you may request one from the HTRS Principal's Office. It is very important to your child’s safety and notifications from school that the information be current. This also includes the siblings who are living in the household but are not enrolled in school. This information is important for the school census report.
